Hey everybody…
Now that summer is officially over I wanted to let you know that I spent my long days and short nights recording a solo piano CD of my favorite standards. Some obvious, some more obscure. My musings if you will.
It is entitled “Soliloquy”
This will be released in the next couple of weeks and I will certainly keep you posted as to when it will be available. This project was a total joy for me and I hope it will be for you as well…

This new CD of mine has been in the works for a few years. The songs are all new original compositions with the exception of the track by Joni Mitchell, Both Sides Now.
I recorded this CD in my studio on my piano, a most incredible Hamburg Steinway concert grand piano. On some tracks, there are some atmospheric electric keyboard sounds, but the album really is acoustic.
There is beautiful and empathetic playing by Darek Oles on bass, Conor Malloy on drums and Aaron Serfaty on percussion.
The music on this CD is really a mix of all my musical influences, from pop to classical to jazz. It has been a labor of love, and I hope that you enjoy listening to my music as much as I enjoy creating it.
